| Plant Materials | All plants are warranteed for 12 months from installation, excluding groundcovers, sod, annuals and perennials |
| Hardscapes | The materials are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The workmanship is covered for 12 months from installation, but this does not cover discoloration of concrete-based materials. |
| Irrigation | All materials are covered by the manufacturer warranty. The workmanship is covered by 12 months from installation, contingent upon proper start-up, service, and winterization. |
| Water Features | All materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The workmanship is covered for 12 month from the time of installation, contingent upon proper start-up maintenance, and winterization. |
| Landscape Lighting | All materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warrantee. The workmanship is covered for 12 months from the date of installation. |
